Jason Ramey

Hi, I’m Jason Ramey, a student and community member from Washington Township who is passionate about civic engagement and renewable energy education.

 As our township explores the future of solar energy, I’ve noticed that many conversations are shaped by uncertainty or misinformation. My goal is to provide fact-based insights into what solar farms are, how they work, and their impact on our local environment and neighborhoods.

 My goal is to support informed public discussion—not to persuade, but to present accurate information so that every resident and decision-maker can participate confidently and knowledgeably in shaping our community’s future.

 I believe democracy works best when everyone has access to trustworthy information—and I’m proud to play a small part in making that possible.
